Basics
- Squat hip to knee depth, no downward movement of bar
- Heels allowed up on bench, no downward movement of bar
- Deadlift with, no downward movement of bar
- Belts, sleeves and wrist wraps optional
- No Knee wraps allowed
Weigh ins will be conducted for prizes only with 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall from each sex group, based on DOTS scores (the Dots Score is simply a ratio between a lifter's body weight and the weight they're lifting).
You do not have to specify sex or be weighed in on the day if this is your preference, as this is only to be qualified for prizes on the day.
