I can help during the following times:
FRIDAY - 3:30PM-7:00PM - Event Setup - Helping to setup various aspects of the event.
SATURDAY - 6:00AM-10:00AM - Exhibitor Arrival & Setup - Helping to direct exhibitors where to go in each area upon arrival. Also need some people to help exhibitors pop up tents.

SATURDAY - 12:00PM-2:00PM
SATURDAY - 2:00PM-4:00PM
SATURDAY - 3:30PM-7:00PM - Event Cleanup - Helping to cleanup all aspects of the event and load items into trucks.
SATURDAY - 3:30PM-7:00PM - Exhibitor Cleanup and Departure - Helping to direct traffic from parking areas back into the event and then exiting to leave.
