  • To participate in the SandPointe Neighbours’ Watch Program at least two contacts are required. One must be a SandPointe resident, preferably a neighbour living in your immediate area. Each contact listed must have agreed to take on this responsibility, must have a key, and must have the security code if you have a security system. In other words, they must be able and willing to access your home.

  • The objective of this program is to facilitate access to your home in case of emergency, and to make it easy for a neighbour who detects a problem occurring at your home to have the appropriate person notified.

    This form will be filed in your home’s numerical folder in the Clubhouse’s locked filing cabinet.

    This form must be updated if you change your Home Contacts.

    It is understood that this program is completely voluntary.
