I, One of the inhabitants of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and one of the People (as seen in the 50 State Constitutions), Republican in Form, Sui Juris, do present you with this notice so that you and your agents may provide due care;
Please take notice that the people have taken the time to do the proper study to be able to come together in mass across the Commonwealth and have assembled, in an orderly and peaceful manner, to give instructions to their representatives and deal with matters of the common good. This is a formal notice requiring the trustees of the people to observe fundamental principles and to stop usurping authority, oppressing the people, and waging war on the Constitution. You are also instructed to stop attempting to introduce and pass any further pretended acts of legislation, which clearly violate your oaths of office, are repugnant to the Constitution, and interfere with our fundamental liberty interests of protecting ourselves from all manner of threats to our liberty including, our biological property- our offspring.
Furthermore We are instructing you per the Massachusetts Constitution, Part the First Article XIX to move S.1094 favorably out of committee, then pass this bill into law swiftly without any further delay. You shall include the addendums that are clearly pointed out in the link below.
https:2023-2024S.1094withamendments
Please take notice that the people have suffered a long chain of usurpations these past few years from corporations, unelected bureaucrats and our elected servants. As seen with the unlawful covid vaccine mandates. Let us remind you of the unlawful and tyrannical “policy” the legislature passed regarding vaccine passports being necessary to enter the People’s State House. As trustees of the people, you are all tasked with protecting our individual unalienable rights and any act to diminish or remove those rights is maladministration of the trust. Your unlawful actions and disinterest in protecting those you serve have made it necessary for bill S.1094 (with addendums) to be passed immediately. To ignore these instructions and to choose not to pass this bill swiftly, with its addendums, will be full acknowledgement that you intend to continue to willfully trespass on the people. The sole and only legitimate reason for the government is to secure our rights. To ignore these instructions and allow continued damage to the people is war against the people and the constitution. “Objective of government. That the sole object and only legitimate end of government is to protect the citizen in the enjoyment of life, liberty, and property, and when the government assumes other functions, it is usurpation and oppression.” Alabama Constitution, Article I, § 35

Tucker Blackstone Vol. 1 Appendix Note B [Section 3] 1803 “If in a limited government, the public functionaries exceed the limits which the constitution prescribes to their powers, every act is an act of usurpation in the government, and, as such, treason against the sovereignty of the people.”
Maxim of Law 51r. “As usurpation is the exercise of power, which another has a right to; so, tyranny is the exercise of power beyond right, which nobody can have a right to.” Locke, Treat. 2, 18, 199.
Please take notice that the bills referred to as H.1556 and S.1334 and any new version of these, as well as others that usurp rights or unlawfully transfer the people's power to unelected administrative servants, are null and void for any effect. To guard against transgressions of the high powers, we the people, in whom all political power is inherent, affirm and declare that everything in the Bills and Declarations of Rights is expected out of the general powers of government, and shall forever remain inviolate, and all laws contrary thereto, or contrary to the Federal or State Constitutions shall be void. The people did not give you the power or authority to delegate your duties to unelected administrative servants such as DPH, DESE, CPS, boards, legislative council, constitutional peace officers (police officers), corporate associations et al. The people also did not give you the authority to grant yourselves or any other public servants special privileges or be treated like a special class. (The following authorities are cited below:)
Article VI No man, nor corporation, or association of men, have any other title to obtain advantages, or particular and exclusive privileges, distinct from those of the community, than what arises from the consideration of services rendered to the public; and this title being in nature neither hereditary, nor transmissible to children, or descendants, or relations by blood, the idea of a man born a magistrate, lawgiver, or judge, is absurd and unnatural. Massachusetts Const. part the first, art. VI
Maxim of Law Power can never be delegated which the authority said to delegate never possessed itself. N.J. Steam Co. v. Merch Bank, 6 How. (47 U.S.) 344, 407.
Please take notice that the failure of attorneys to understand the lawful obligation inherent in the oath of office for public servants, and/or the presenting of information contrary to the universally admitted authority of fundamental law, to any government official or worker, does not excuse the government official or worker from failing to understand their duty, nor does it exempt them from properly performing it.
Please take notice that the superior nature of these natural rights is grounded in their divine origin and their status as indispensable prerequisites for an individual's existence. Conversely, collective rights are secondary, serving as a means to an end—primarily the protection of individual rights. Therefore, by their very nature, collective rights are considered inferior to natural rights. The collective force is subservient, existing solely to uphold the sanctity of individual rights, safeguarding lives, liberties, and properties. Any departure from this intended purpose represents a distortion of the proper use of collective rights and is therefore contrary to the principles of our form of government. Maxim of Law 86m. No right is held more sacred, or is more carefully guarded by the common law, than the right of every individual to the possession and control of his own person, free from all restraint or interference of others, unless by clear or unquestionable authority of law. Maxim of Law 59o. “Law is a rule of right, and whatever is contrary to the rule of right is an injury.” 3 Bulst. 313.
Please take notice that we have instituted government in the collective to secure our individual rights as its sole and only legitimate function and every act of usurpation in the government, and consequently treason against the sovereignty of the people, occurs when public officials in a limited government go beyond the bounds that the constitution sets for their powers.
