The Patient and Family Advisory Council at Petaluma Valley Hospital promotes partnership between patients and families, the hospital, and physicians to have direct impact on the coordination of care while offering the perspective of our patients and their families. We are seeking members of Patient Family Advisors (PFAs) to join our team and serve as a partner, linking the community and hospital. As a PFA, you will advise based on your lived experiences.
