To the extent permissible by law, I/we hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise hold harmless and indemnify Aussie Gems Cheerleading Pty Ltd, it's owners, officers, directors, employees and associated personnel, from and against any and all demands, claims and causes of action arising, directly or indirectly, from my or my child's participation in its programs and in no event will Aussie Gems Cheerleading Pty Ltd, its owners, officers, directors, employees and associated personnel be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages or any loss of use, loss of profits or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise (including but not limited to negligence), arising out of or in any way connected with those matters (even if Aussie Gems Cheerleading Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages) except to the extent that any legislation applies and cannot be lawfully excluded. In any event, the total liability of Aussie Gems Cheerleading Pty Ltd to you for damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract or tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise) will not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for any programs or services acquired by you from Aussie Gems Cheerleading Pty Ltd. I give permission for Aussie Gems Cheerleading Pty Ltd owners, officers, employees, and/or agents to seek emergency medical treatment for the participant(s) in the event they are unable to reach any parent or guardian. The person signing this agreement also agrees that they themselves will be responsible for any financial debt incurred by said action. By completing and submitting this form, I confirm that I have read and understood the above policies and terms and I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian of this registrant(s).
