    Registration form

Thanks for your interest in this training. We will use the information to help us in the selection process as well as to design some aspects of the event responsively to ensure that the training is suited to people's needs.

NOTE: start by answering the very first question "Are you being sent on a funded place by an organisation?"  The form will then adjust to your situation. Keep going responding to each section by clicking on the headings in the menu bar (i.e. Personal Information, Logistics etc)

    • Logistics & Technicalities
    • We provide well-balanced, locally produced vegan food. Meeting the mixed dietary preferences of a large group is challenging. We are happy to do what we can to support you in meeting genuine needs, please only let us know absolute allergies and requirements.

    • The accommodation on this Ulex training will be mixed gender shared rooms unless otherwise requested. Our event is inclusive of trans and gender nonconforming people. There is currently no fully accessible accommodation (we are working to change this).

    • We dropped our previous COVID-19 policy and currently have no procedures at the centre (no testing, no masks, no isolating people). We understand this does not always make spaces accessible for people with vulnerabilities.

    • We provide a space to support the group to connect, build relationships and keep learning from each other to empower our struggles through our online platform "Mobilize". This is also the space that facilitators use to share any pre-arrival materials, and course resources afterwards. You may also connect with other participants to coordinate travel together.

    • Experience & Expectations
    • The following questions will ask you to reflect on your experience and expectations. Your answers will help us in the selection process and later support our trainers to design and tailor the event responsively. Please give it some thought, it is incredibly useful for us.

    • Payment
    • The Ulex project is a non-profit organisation. We run on a ‘solidarity economy’.

We want to enable eligible participants to take part regardless of their economic status. So there is no ‘charge’ for these trainings. Instead we rely on donated contributions to help us finance the project and trainings. We publish ‘suggested contributions’ to offer a guide to what it costs for us to run these trainings. For this training they are €250/€750/€1500. The upper contribution is a fair indication of the real cost.
