2026 Cookie Sale Sweep Alert

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS FOR ACH SWEEP OF TROOP ACCOUNT
Use this form if you do not have the full amount available in your troop bank account for a scheduled ACH sweep. Individual delinquencies should be reported on the second page of this form. (IRG troops will have notices of their amounts due)

ALERTS ARE DUE THE TUESDAY BEFORE EACH SWEEP.

ACH Sweep #1 - February 27. This will sweep 30% of your balance due on Sales Report.

ACH Sweep #2 - March 13. This will sweep 30% of your balance due on your Sales Report.

ACH Sweep #3 - March 20. This will be your balance due on your Sales Report.
- DO NOT pay delinquent girls’ debts. Give us their information below.
- Alert Forms apply to one sweep only.
- Please re-submit alerts, if necessary, for subsequent sweeps.
