2024 Cookie Sale Sweep Alert

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS FOR SWEEP IN TROOP ACCOUNT
Use this form if you do not have the full amount available in your troop bank account for a scheduled sweep. Individual delinquencies should be reported on the second page of this form.

Sweep #1 - February 23. This will sweep 30% of your balance due on Sales Report.

Sweep #2 - March 8. This will sweep 30% of your balance due on your Sales Report.

Sweep #3 - March 22. This will be your balance due on your Sales Report.
- DO NOT pay delinquent girls’ debts.
- Alert Forms apply to one sweep only.
- Please re-submit alerts, if necessary, for subsequent sweeps.
- Be prepared to discuss a payment plan with Accounting.
