Bemidji State University Room, Meal and Payment Information
Please review the following options for staying at Bemidji State University. Groups have the option of staying one night (May 17) or two nights (May 17 & May 18). There are two options for dormitories. There are some meal options as well.
Option #1 Oak, Tamarack, Pine Halls
Oak, Tamarack and Pine Halls do not have air conditioning. Each hall has common lounges with access to outdoor areas.
A bottom sheet is provided for guests. Guests need to bring bedding - either a sheet, blanket and pillow, or a sleeping bag and pillow. A fan is recommended if the weather is warm.
Double Rooms are $20.00 per person
Single Rooms are $25.00 per person
Option #2 Linden Hall
Linden Hall is air-conditioned. Guests stay in two or three person private suites with a shared bathroom. A bottom sheet is provided for guests. Guests need to bring bedding - either a sheet, blanket and pillow, or a sleeping bag and pillow.
Nightly rate is $35.00 per person.

Meal Options
The following meals are available (but not required) for your group throughout your stay at BSU.
Friday Supper $13.50 per person
Saturday Breakfast $8.50 per person
Saturday Supper $13.50 per person
Sunday Breakfast $8.50 per person
Meals are held in Walnut Hall. The general hours of operation are as follows:
Breakfast 7:30-8:45 am
Supper 5:00-6:15 pm.

Registration
After registration is completed, the group contact person will receive an Excel Spreadsheet via email. This will include room list, and meal request.
Final Guest List and Meal Request is due no later than Thursday, April 25.
Final Payment is due Friday, May 3. Payment instructions will be provided via email.
A $75.00 non-refundable deposit must accompany this registration to reserve space for your group.
