It will take no longer than 10 min and I will collect all the information needed in order to deliver the best training experience (whether is online coaching or personal training). My service provide the relevant high quality knowledge and direction to achieve the following goals:- Fat loss- Muscle growth- Mobility and flexibility enhancement - Holistic approach - nutrition education - Confidence enhancement. In order to provide the best service and results we will require weekly "check ins" to gather data and feedback from your week. Regular contact is a must! Online Coaching clients will be required to provide regular photos of themselves in clothing that will provide sufficient visibility of their physique. The clothing required will be relative to their goal. You are responsible for providing accurate information throughout the process so please be as honest as possible as we can only work from the information you provide and do not want to give advice based on inaccurate data as this will hinder your results. This is not a dictatorship and feedback is always welcome as we wish to make the journey as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Both services include all nutrition and training programs needed, supplement advices and whatsapp contact. We only accept applicants who are serious about achieving their goals.
