    2-week camp $700 One time, before admission

  • I understand that the full tuition of the camp that I choose must be paid prior to the first day of attendance and that this is non-refundable.

  • I understand that no reduction of any tuition or fee is made for holidays, vacations or other absences, including any student suspension that is deemed necessary in the sole discretion of the school.

  • I understand that the drop off time is 8:30 am to 9:00 am and pick up time is 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

    I understand that the student must be picked up no later than 4:45 PM. Parents of children remaining after 4:45 PM will be charged a late fee of a $1 per minute/per child payable to the school staff.

  • I agree to (1) accept general liability for the participation of my child in any field trip and (2) indemnify and hold harmless the school, its Board of Directors, its employees and agents, either jointly or severally, from and against any and all claims, damages, causes of action or injuries, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs expended in defense thereof, incurred or resulting from my child’s participation in any field trip, including transportation. I give permission for my child to attend all regularly scheduled field trips. I understand that neither the school nor any of its employees, students or volunteers shall be liable to myself or my child for any claim arising from these regularly scheduled field trips, such claims being hereby waived, and I will indemnify and hold harmless the school and its employees, students and volunteers from all liability for such claims as well as from claims of all other persons resulting from any act of the student during said field trips. A “trip” includes the period between the time when the student leaves the school and returns to the school.

  • It is recognized that the school reserves the right to dismiss any student if and when in the sole discretion of the school, his/her presence in the school is judged not to be in the best interests of the student or deemed to be detrimental to the welfare of the school.

    If a child is dismissed during the summer program, any tuition payments will be prorated to the date of dismissal and any overpayment will be refunded, less any other funds due to the school.

    There will be no refund of material costs.
