    I'm a certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and group fitness instructor with experience training people of all ages—from youth athletes to clients in their 70s and beyond. I specialize in helping individuals build strong, sustainable lifestyles that support their long-term health and confidence. Whether your goal is to lose stubborn fat, gain lean muscle, or simply feel better in your body, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I also offer nutrition and habit coaching to support your wellness from the inside out. Let’s grow stronger—together.

    • Strength training focusing on a progressive overload 
    • Cardiovascular training to strengthen heart and lunges 
    • Mobility and recovery plans for injury prevention 

    Nutrition coaching 

    • Includes teaching a basic understanding of nutrition and showing you how to track macronutrients
    • Help create a healthy relationship with food 
    • Give specific macronutrient recommendations tailored to YOU (disclaimer, I am NOT a nutritionist or dietitian. Just giving guidance)
    • Grocery list and meal ideas if desired

    Accountability tracker 

    • Access to online community for accountability
    • Includes PDF tracker for water intake, sleep hygiene, daily steps, etc. 
    • Weekly check-ins regarding nutrition and lifestyle habits in the app
    • Monthly check-ins include measurements and progress photos
