Upon arrival, a volunteer or committee member will be available at the clubhouse entrance to provide your designated hole location. Some vendors may drive to your assigned hole to load/unload. Please note that we will not provide tents, tables, and chairs for this event. We kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to ensure your comfort and convenience during the event. We appreciate your understanding.
