Have you participated in a Adventure/Yoga/Meditation/Spiritual Retreat Before?

What draws you to this specific offering/what is your intention for joining?

Do you have any health limitations or physical injuries that would prevent you from participating in Yoga for everybody, breath work, hikes etc. When we visit the waterfall hike you are able to rest and stop to enjoy the scenery at anytime, we always encourage you to listen to YOUR body. If so please explain

What type of healing modalities have you experienced if any? No experience required, we simply would like to get to know you and where you're at in your journey-this is NOT a yoga retreat we will simply weave in optional practices to help you ground, connect and awaken :)

Do you have any special dietary requirements? Please understand that this experience will lean towards vegan/vegetarian but fish or meat options might be available due to seasonality. We'd love to hear your eating preferences!

AGREEMENT OF RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Explore Costa Rica — February 18–24, 2026 · Cabanga, Costa Rica

I hereby agree to the following:

I understand that retreat activities — including hikes, movement practices, swimming, guided excursions, and cacao tasting — are not a substitute for medical attention, diagnosis, or treatment.
I take responsibility for listening to my body and participating at a level that feels safe and comfortable for me. If at any time I feel discomfort or pain, I will pause and notify the hosts if support is needed.
I will inform the hosts of any medical concerns, injuries, or limitations prior to or during the retreat, as needed, to ensure my well-being.
I understand that participation in outdoor and physical activities carries inherent risks. I acknowledge that I am choosing to participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for my health, safety, and personal belongings.
I release the hosts, guest facilitators, partners, and HRC Lodge from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during my travel or participation in this experience.
I understand that all payments are non-refundable. A portion may be transferred to a future retreat only if agreed upon by the hosts.
I understand that travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect my investment in the event of unexpected travel disruptions or personal emergencies.
I acknowledge that two group airport transfers from Liberia (LIR) will be provided on arrival day and departure day. If my flight times do not align with group shuttles, I am responsible for arranging my own transportation (recommendations will be provided).
I understand that the itinerary may shift due to weather, safety considerations, or group needs. Adjustments will always be made with the best interest of participants in mind.
