Do you have any health limitations or physical injuries that would prevent you from participating in Yoga for everybody, breath work, beach walks etc. When we visit the waterfall hike you are able to rest and stop to enjoy the scenery at anytime, we always encourage you to listen to YOUR body. If so please explain

Renewal of Spirit Agreements 1) The integrity of each retreat experience is very important. This is a substance free/ sober retreat. No alcohol, drug use is permitted at anytime. 2) Phone usage will be limited aside from taking pictures and taking important calls only to maintain the sacredness of the container and to help you be fully present. 3) This Experience is intended for serious participants who are willing to dive into and deepen their spiritual practice. 4) Previous meditation or yoga experience is not required, this retreat is a self-exploration process. Interested or eager to learn more about your spiritual growth? Want a life changing experience that can provide you with tools to deepen connection with self, higher realms of consciousness and connection to those around you? While allowing you to more fully show up as your authentic and fulfilled self? 5) Please be reminded that we strive to accept and include all requests and participants, but places are limited and are based on first come first served basis. We cannot guarantee places for any late payments. 6) Any and all payments are non-refundable. 7) You understand that travel insurance is not included, but required to support your trip if needed. 8) You understand that transformation and change can only occur when you have an open heart + mind to the experience. We cannot guarantee transformation but provide the container and tools for it to take. You understand that this is a inside job. 9) I understand the itinerary is subject to change based on facilitators discretion based on the highest good of the group.11) You have read the website and understand what it is included and excluded. AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I hereby agree to the following:

As I participate in activities offered by the hosts and special guests, I understand that the offerings of this retreat are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

If at any time during the activities I feel discomfort or pain, I will inform and seek assistance from the teacher.

I may rest at any time during the class and over the week. I will listen to my body and respect its limits on any given moment.

I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every class.

I accept that neither the instructors, nor the hosting facility, are liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from my participation in this reatreat.

I understand that the $500 deposit for the retreat is final with no refunds. No payments made are refundable but may be aplied to future offerings if necessary.

I understand that there will be two shuttles provided to Peace Retreat in Playa Negra on March 4th from Liberia Airport and Two shuttles will be provided from Peace Retreat on March 10th to Liberia Airport. It is my responsibilty to work with the retreat host to coordinate my flights around these two shuttles or provide my own transportation (happy to make referrals)
