Thank you for registering to attend the Fort Peck Tribes 2nd Annual Tribal Justice Conference 2024 hosted by the Fort Peck Tribal Court and The Tribal Law and Policy Institute May 7th and 8th 2024 from 8:00A.M. to 4:30 P.M. at the GREET THE DAWN AUDITORIUM located at 605 Indian Avenue Poplar, MT 59255. This conference is free, but space is limited. Therefore, we are capping the online registration at 100 participants. We apologize in advance, but there will not be a online/virtual option available to participate in this event.
The conference will focus on Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction and the Violence Against Women Act of 2022. PLEASE BE ADVISED that DAY 1 and half of DAY 2 will be RESTRICTED to those who work in the field of Criminal Justice, Social Services and Medical Professions. We encourage all government leaders and law enforcement personnel to attend this event. The afternoon half of day 2 will be open to the public. Refreshments will be served but supplies are limited. All participants are responsible for own meals, travel and lodging. Agenda's will be emailed to participants who have registered online and will be available at a later time when the conference nears. Please keep an eye out on your email. We will be closing the online registration when cap is reached or the day before the conference starts. You will need to complete a separate registration form for each individual attending. This event will be sponsored by the Fort Peck Tribes Department of Law and Justice and is approved for 8 hours of Montana POST accreditation.
