Prices based on performance length, requirements, and travel costs.
All bookings are confirmed with a pre-paid deposit of total invoice.

Invoice balances must be paid in full on the determined booking date or by determined booking deadline.

Any correspondence pertaining to payments and your individual booking agreement should be emailed to INFO@AUTUMNLABELLA.COM or discussed directly with Music Manager.

Cancellations
Within 30 days of the event, if Organizer/Venue cancels, 50% of the deposit paid is under all circumstances, non-refundable. Please, if possible, be prepared to reschedule cancelled bookings.

Within 30 days of the event, if Autumn LaBella cancels, the deposit paid will be returned, and Autumn LaBella, if possible, will secure a referral for your service inquiry.

Once the Artist arrives at Venue and is paid the remaining balance due if there is one, then by the terms agreed upon in this contract, Artist will perform services at the event. Artist will not be held responsible for the inability to perform for the following reasons:

i) Police or Government officials closing down location of event

ii)    Venue/Promoter losing license

iii)   Facility improperly equipped (ie: no electricity, unstable DJ set-up)

iv)   Poor sound system set-up (ie: inadequate monitors, mixer, turntables)

v)     Incorrect directions or lack of transportation to the event

vi)   Fire, War, or Act of God
