    The Client acknowledges that Minerva Graphics & Printing LLC is an independent provider utilizing Google’s advertising platform. As such, Minerva Graphics & Printing LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including search engine ranking or page position.

    Termination Policy
    This agreement may be terminated by either party with a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice. Notice may be provided via email and will be considered effective upon confirmation of receipt.

    Payment Terms
    All invoices must be paid in full prior to the start of any project or campaign. Fees paid are non-refundable once processed.

    A late fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) will be assessed on any invoice that remains unpaid five (5) or more days after the due date.
