Minerva Graphics & Printing LLC implements reasonable safeguards to protect client data; however, the Client understands that no digital transmission or third-party platform can be guaranteed 100% secure.

    Minerva Graphics & Printing LLC is not responsible for data loss, security breaches, service interruptions, or issues arising from third-party platforms or client-managed systems beyond our control. The Client further acknowledges that Minerva Graphics & Printing LLC does not provide legal, financial, or compliance advice and that regulatory compliance remains the Client’s responsibility.

    All invoices must be paid in full prior to the start of any project or campaign. Fees are non-refundable once processed. A late fee of $25 will apply to invoices unpaid five (5) days after the due date.

    Monthly services may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days’ written notice. By submitting this form, the Client confirms acceptance of these terms.
