Entry Requirements
- Completed Form containing written statement describing exemplary performance and achievement.
- Please include a color photo of candidate
- Entries will be judged on the candidate’s positive aspects and measurable work performance.
REQUIRED: Professional Achievement Candidate Interviews: Candidate will receive an invitation for a 15-minute interview via Zoom video.
Save the Date: Friday, April 1, 2027 , keep calendar open. Invites will be sent and interview slots day/time are FIRM.
Rescheduling is not available, due to the amount of candidates that will be scheduled.
