Individual Session: $120
This is to acknowledge the agreement between the person responsible for payment and Higher Peaks Counseling and Consulting to accept private pay as payment for services rendered. The amount listed above is for therapy services and does not include costs for reports, copies of records, or collaboration with individuals outside of Higher Peaks Counseling and Consulting. They will be billed at the fee scheduled rates.
Higher Peaks Counseling and Consulting, LLC does not currently accept insurance policies. All services are self-pay.
Payments for services are due at the time the services are rendered. Failure to pay in accordance with this agreement can result in immediate suspension or termination of
