Please note: The Summer Camp team is not handling these arrangements.*

            a) To the participation of our said child in excursions organized by the school summer camp teachers
            b) We do hereby undertake to indemnify and save the school, management, and staff harmless in respect to any liability arising in consequence hereof and further undertake to obtain insurance for our said child’s official school activities against all risks.
