Friday the 27th June 2025

The event takes place in a central Birmingham location between 10am - 5.30pm.

Post-event drinks reception from 5.30pm.

If you have either a completed feature length film / a feature length project in development (COMPLETED SCRIPTS ONLY) for SVOD / Cinema or Television (including multi-part TV series), we want to hear from you.

50 teams matching the remit of attending Production Companies/Execs will be selected. If your application is successful, you will receive a notification email with an invoice attached (minus submission fee).

BFTM Attendee Package £250.00 + VAT

(Minus £10.00 Non REFUNDABLE submission fee)

One additional team member can attend for £100.00 + VAT.

Attendance at the ‘Match Fit – Pitch Perfection’ prep session, hosted by leading industry professionals from MySmash Media.

Bespoke support and guidance as you plan your approach.

A minimum of 5 one-to-one 10 minute pitch meetings at the Banqueting Suite, in the Birmingham City Council.

Feature piece in the BFTM Talent Directory - given to ALL attending Execs.

BFTM exclusive goodie bags on arrival.

Coffee/tea/refreshments throughout the day.

Lunch catered for at the venue

Access to Industry vendor and film & TV body attendees

Post BFTM networking drinks reception with Execs from 5.30pm to 7pm.

Entry to The BFTM Circle, an exclusive community for BFTM delegates past and present, featuring events, networking meet-ups and content to help you on your journey.

The BFTM will not pass your personal information on to third parties without your permission for any purpose.

Entry into the BFTM Delegate Handbook, to be given to attending Industry representatives, will include name, company website and BFTM listed project details only.

The Birmingham Film & Television Market and its employees value creative property and have signed NDA protection documents pertaining to any and all projects selected for the BFTM.

Abuse or bullying behaviour towards BFTM and its guests/affiliates will result in forfeiture of attendance (current and future) and all monies paid.

Be aware that the £10 submission processing fee is NON REFUNDABLE but will be deducted from the market package fee for successful delegates.
