    Sunday February 1st, 2026- Saturday February 28th, 2026

    In-person Registration:

    Thursday, February 26th, 2026 5:30pm- 7:00pm @ Hermitage City Building

     SATURDAY FEBRUARY 28TH IS THE FINAL DAY FOR ONLINE SIGN UPS. ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL BE CLOSED AT 11:59PM FEB 28TH. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

     

    Spring 2026 Age Divisions:       

    6u - 8u - 10u - 12u- 14U

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR AGE REQUIREMENTS:                               

    Under the current USA softball age guidelines, the Mercer County Girls Fastpitch Softball League has adopted the August 31st, 2025 date to determine age eligibility for the 2025/2026 season. If you have a question of what age group your daughter should be in you can check at the USA Softball website below or reach out to a HGSA Board member.  USA Softball Age Calculator

     

    Player Registration Fee:           

    $65 per player/ $100 for two or more

    Concession Check Fee: 

    $100 per player concession check

    (The check is held and will be returned to you once you have fulfilled your one concession shift per player. If you do not work, your check will be cashed at the end of the season) 

    We are in great need of concession volunteers to head up running concessions. Please mark on the form where it asks if you have interest in running concessions.

    Yearly Required Fundraising:

    There are no fundraisers planned however, HGSA may determine the need to hold a fundraiser at a later date should the need arise. A buyout option will be available for those that wish to not participate.

    NEW THIS SEASON- ALL PLAYERS WILL ATTEND SKILLS ASSESSMENT:

    This season, we will transition into a complete redraft for all teams on a yearly basis. All players will be assesed and drafted to a team.  March 8th 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  More information to come with times for each age group.

     

    ***If registering online- you will pay the $65 registration fee at that time online via paypal or venmo

    ***If you choose to pay by check or cash you can bring the $65 registration fee to the in person sign ups or make arrangements personally with Stephanie.

    ***$100 concessions deposit (must be a check) will be due the first week of practice to head coaches.
