Chick-fil-A Gause Spirit Night Agreement

Spirit Night are the ultimate low-cost and fun Chick-fil-A fund-Raising activity! Just invite the community to eat delicious Chick-fil-A Chicken. Teachers, kids, Families Simply bring their appetites to Chick-fil-A Gause on a designated Spirit Night. The affiliated group receives a percentage of all the sales specific to their organization. That they bring in that night. 

 

How it works:

Spirit Nights are a great way to raise funds for your organization, involve your group members and forge a great partnership in supporting student life. On the night of the event, those attending for your group will only need to tell the cashier that they are here for the spirit night. Group earnings are based on a scale of dollars earned by your group. The more people you get to show up and make a purchase, the more you make:

                            (Percentage of sales is of what the organization brings in)

                                                            0-$750: 10%

                                                          $750 & up: 15%    

 

What we do:

- Chick-fil-A will provide a customized Spirit Night Flyer in which you can make copies ot help promote the event. 

- Chick-fil-A will work wit the contact person to make sure the vent is unique and special to each group's situation. 

- Chick-fil-A is committed to using the cow i nany way we can to help promote the event. Plans need to be made at least 2 weeks in advanced of date requested. 

- Chick-fil-A Gause will promote the event on our facebook page. 

- We will provide a total earned by the following week after the event. 

- Please allow up to 30 days for checks to be mailed. 

 

 

Group Responsibilities

- Promote the event throughout the community

- Set up and schedule the Cow to be used to promote event. (Optional) 

- Decorate restaurant with group colors, ballons, etc. (if desired) Decorations must be completed fifteen minutes prior to the start of the Spirit Night. Please do not use tape or tacks on walls, where it could remove paint or leaves marks. 

- Provide at least one volunteer to monitor the playground

- If you wish to have any activities during event, you must provide a volunteer and all materials for activity. Example: face painting, craft, ect. 

- ABSOLUTELY NO SOLICITING WILL BE TOLERATED. It is your responsibility to share this rule with all volunteers attending the Spirit Night. If soliciting rule is violated will give a warning, if soliciting continues Chick-fil-A reserves the right to end the Spirit Night and no pay out will l be issued to the organization. 

- Provide volunteers to assist in clean up once Spirit Night even has ended. (only if doing any kind of activity or putting up decorations.) 

- Be CREATIVE! In plaining and promoting the event. The more creative you can be the more excitement you will generate. We are open to ideas and suggestions and are more than willing to share ideas that have worked great for other groups in the past.
