    Specifically, you may not directly work, own, lease, control, operate, engage, manage, provide services, consult, advise, or allow your name to be used by any company associated with or a client of Palace Staffing in any manner.

  • Responsibilities and Guidelines

    1. Timesheet Approval: You are responsible for signing all timesheets; otherwise, the hours worked on unsigned timesheets will not be considered for corresponding payment.
    2. Recording Work Hours: It is your responsibility to input your clock-in and clock-out times; otherwise, the hours worked on unsigned timesheets will not be considered for corresponding payment.
    3. Personal Timesheet Record: Maintain your own record of timesheets.
    4. Advance Notice of Absence: If you are unable to work the next day, you must notify us 24 hours in advance of your absence, except in emergencies.
    5. Uniform Requirement: You must report to your workplace in the required uniform, as outlined in Annex A and B attached to this document.
    6. Employment Terms: Palace Staffing provides temporary, on-call, and assignment-based staffing services to clients. Employment with Palace Staffing does not guarantee full-time work, part-time work, a fixed schedule, a minimum number of hours, or continuous assignments.

    Prohibited Conduct


    Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

    • Sexual harassment, including unwelcome sexual comments, jokes, touching, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal, physical, or visual conduct of a sexual nature.
    • Discrimination or unfair treatment based on any protected characteristic.
    • Harassment, offensive comments, insults, threats, intimidation, bullying, or inappropriate behavior.
    • Retaliation against any person who reports a concern, participates in an investigation, requests an accommodation, or supports another person’s complaint.

    Reporting Procedure
    Any applicant or employee who experiences, witnesses, or becomes aware of discrimination, sexual harassment, harassment, retaliation, or any inappropriate workplace conduct should report the matter as soon as possible.

    Reports may be made to:

    1. A supervisor or manager
    2. Palace Staffing’s office or administrative representative
    3. Human Resources or the designated company representative
    4. Any member of management the employee feels comfortable contacting

    Employees should provide as much information as possible, including the date, time, location, people involved, witnesses, and a description of what happened.

    Investigation and Corrective Action
    Palace Staffing will review complaints promptly, fairly, and objectively. The company may interview the person making the complaint, the person accused, witnesses, and any other individuals with relevant information.

    Palace Staffing will maintain confidentiality to the extent possible; however, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed because the company may need to investigate and take appropriate action.

    If Palace Staffing determines that discrimination, sexual harassment, harassment, retaliation, or inappropriate conduct occurred, the company will take appropriate corrective action. Corrective action may include counseling, written warnings, removal from assignments, suspension, termination, or any other action Palace Staffing considers necessary.

    No Retaliation
    Palace Staffing strictly prohibits retaliation against any applicant or employee who reports a concern in good faith, participates in an investigation, requests an accommodation, or supports another person’s complaint. Any retaliation may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

    Reasonable Accommodation
    Applicants or employees who need a reasonable accommodation due to disability, pregnancy, religious belief, or another protected reason may contact Palace Staffing’s office or designated company representative. Palace Staffing will review accommodation requests and engage in a good-faith process to determine whether a reasonable accommodation can be provided.
