This is a quick and easy to process, one that we normally complete in seconds by verifying county records prior to scheduling the install. In the event county records are not up to date, the homeowner can simply provide us a copy of their HUD statement, copy of their deed, or provide us homeowner's insurance verification. When providing insurance verification, ADT requires a copy of the cover letter or declaration page and a verification call to the insurance agency is required to complete the process.
