Leading Innovative Teams Certificate
The Leading Innovative Teams Certificate, brought to you by the Simone Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, prepares students for being a team leader in managing and implementing new technologies and managing the organizational changes.

Participants will learn effective strategies to motivate, engage, and empower teams. Develop the skills and tools you need to maximize the potential of diverse teams.

In just two days, you will learn and practice the skills necessary to build, inspire, and motivate teams.
