Employees will start each calendar year with 5 points. Your points do not roll over into the next year. Once you lose all 5 points, you will be terminated.
How do I lose points?

*If you call in sick but bring a doctor's note the following day, you will not lose any points. However, you will not be eligible to gain a point for the next month.*
How do I gain points?
In one calendar month if you do not call in sick, show up late/leave work early, or miss a mandatory meeting, you will gain a point.
Keep in mind, if you put in a time request with at least a two-week's notice, you will not lose points. Putting in a time request allows management time to find someone to cover your shift.
Bonus!
On December 31st: For however many points you have remaining, that will be the number of PTO hours you receive as your yearly bonus for the following year.
Ex: If you have 3 points remaining, you will be awarded 3 PTO hours to use in the upcoming year.
