    What do I need to do after submitting this form?

    • Print a copy of the email you receive.

  • What happens after I drop off my radio?

    The radio will be triaged and evaluated. Radios with a valid warranty are sent directly to the repair depot if needed. Repairs are performed on a first-in, first-out, (FIFO) basis.
