Recruitment Parameters: Our recruitment service targets global talent acquisition covering a broad spectrum of industries, regions, job roles, budgets, functions, and seniority levels. We have sourced well over 1,000 talents across most functions and dozens of geographies (with ever-expanding coverage). However, we do not cater to highly specialized roles, such as multi-lingual left-handed CFOs in Canada. While we strive to fulfill recruitment requests, we cannot guarantee success. Prohibition on Unauthorized Use of Member List: The Customer acknowledges that the list of members within the Sagan community is a proprietary asset of Sagan. Customers are prohibited from using the member list and related member information to solicit business, offer services, or otherwise engage in any activities that commercially benefit the Customer without prior written authorization from Sagan. This includes, but is not limited to, sending unsolicited commercial communications, marketing Customer's business or services or those in which they have a direct or indirect commercial interest, or sharing the member list or any member information with third parties. Any unauthorized use of the member list or member information will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in termination of membership without refund, legal action, and/or enforcement of other remedies available to Sagan. This clause will survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Payment Terms and Authorization
- Non-Refundable Deposit: The $500 deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation of the service, dissatisfaction, or any other reason. By agreeing to these terms, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the deposit secures the service and compensates for administrative and preparatory costs.
- Authorization for Final Payment: By providing your credit card information for the deposit, you expressly authorize Sagan World, LLC to charge the same credit card for the remaining balance of the service fee upon the completion of the service. You agree that any attempt to directly contact, hire, employ, contract, or otherwise engage a candidate (i.e., circumvent Sagan) without Sagan's express written authorization shall constitute successful completion of the service and your payment method will be charged for the remaining balance of the service fee. The remaining balance will be calculated as the total cost of the service minus the deposit amount. You agree that this authorization will remain in effect until the service has been paid in full.
- Acknowledgment of Terms: By paying the deposit and booking the service, the customer agrees to these payment terms, including the non-refundable nature of the deposit and the authorization for final payment. The customer also waives the right to dispute or charge back any amounts properly charged under these terms unless fraudulent activity can be demonstrated.
