The submission of this application does not guarantee placement in the program. If you are accepted into the incubation program, you are still required to pay the fees of the Farmers Market. This program is to help you with equipment necessary to bring product to market and to directly assist you with becoming a vendor at CFC Farmers Market.

Clatskanie Farmer Collective is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that operates a Farmers Market June - September, a year-round Food Hub and an educational/venue space.
Our Farmers Market is known to be a unique, fun and quirky market experience! Our top priority is creating a welcoming, engaging and educational environment for everyone to learn, gather and enjoy the bounty of the Pacific Northwest right in the heart of Clatskanie, Oregon. We have four main festivals throughout the season - Sprouts Fest, Pollination Celebration, Garlic Festival and Harvest Fest (dates below).

The vendor incubation program will provide you with a tent, weights, table and support services for starting up your small business at our farmers market. You are required to treat the equipment with care and learn how to properly set-up and take down your booth under the direction of Kris Lillich.
We require that you are able to attend at least (1) market per month in order to be a part of the program and provide the dates that you are able to attend by June 1st. We will be picking two vendors to be apart of the incubation program for vending 1-2 times per month depending on availability.

Farm Direct Checks are payments of $4 green checks that the customer gives directly to you the vendor who offers fresh fruits and vegetables, please sign up for the Farm Direct Program prior to June 1st. The market is not responsible for the program, but encourages all vendors who are eligible to sign-up. We will alert you when the 2024 application has been posted. Thanks!
This application does not guarantee a vending spot with CFC. When the application is received, Kelsey Engstrom will set-up a time to talk over submitted items.
If selected as a vendor, I will attend the vendor information session on March 10th at the Food Hub 12pm - 4pm in person or online and read the CFC Farmers Market Handbook.
