  • a. All Memberships are for a commitment of one year no less.


    b. Memberships cannot be cancelled before 12 months unless we are compelled to close by state instruction.


    c. Credits do not roll over and cannot be transferred to any other person.


    d. You may purchase Packages for one other person a month with your membership discount


    e. If the card on file is declined and a new one is not put on file in the next 30 days there will be a fee of $50 added to your account and all of the sessions in the account will be frozen.


    f. Additional Terms. In addition to these Terms, certain plans, offers, products, services, elements or features may also be subject to additional terms, conditions guidelines or rules which may be posted, communicated or modified by us or applicable third parties at any time. Your use of any such plan, offer, product, service, element or feature is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms, provided that in the event of any conflict between such additional terms and the Terms, the Terms shall control.

    By accessing, browsing or using the BeauteNYC.com website or by selecting I Accept during the membership registration, you represent that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement.

    We have a company policy of same day cancellation, same day rescheduling or no show fee of $30.00 for appointments less than 60 minutes. For appointments, laser or otherwise, 60 min or more you will be charged $60 - for that reason we do require a VALID credit card to be on your file when booking your appointment.**  Please give 24 hr notice to avoid charges.

     

    If you RECEIVE A TEXT MESSAGE 2 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT - WE ASK THAT YOU CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT SO WE HAVE PROPER STAFFING - All appointments should be in your calendar - please do not rely on our email/sms reminders as a way of knowing when you have an appointment in case there are any glitches with the system.

     

    WE DO NOT REFUND UNUSED SERVICES

     

    For laser hair removal packages, once areas are treated, we will not be able to change the treatment areas.

     

    THERE IS A 5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. Failure to show up on time may cause you to not be treated.

     

    Please limit guests to 1 as we have limited seating in the waiting area and mindful of social distancing especially during COVID surges. 


    Guests are not allowed in laser room. 


    Children cannot be left unattended.

     

    Gratuity for our technicians is not included but greatly appreciated - There is a “Gratuity” Box located at the front desk - the aestheticians accept cash/venmo/zelle
