To provide you with a seamless experience, we have specific guidelines in place for communication and expectations: 

    • Efficient communication via our cloud-based portal:  Our portal permits 24/7/365 immediate & auto-encrypted access to tasks, documents, files, and secure communication with email and text notifications. Your data is always available and retrievable from any location. You agree to communicate with us via our portal.
    • We are a Deadline-Intensive Company:  Due to our fiduciary responsibility to you, we provide clear deadlines for submission of information to us. You agree to follow our deadlines so we can timely prepare and submit complete and accurate tax filings. 
    • Video meetings:  We place a HIGH VALUE on your time. With any PC or mobile device, you can see, hear, and conference with us in real time. You agree to meet with us via phone or video.

    If it looks like a good fit, we will reach out to you to schedule a discovery meeting. During this meeting, we'll discuss your specific requirements and gather the necessary information to better understand your unique situation. Once we've received all the requested information, we'll schedule a conclusion meeting. In the conclusion meeting, we'll present a tailored proposal and discuss the next steps to address your needs effectively.
