My intention is to help raise the vibration of the planet so more people can experience better, easier, and more fulfilling lives. And in turn, I trust that I will receive this same transformation myself. I agree to show up with integrity, and to never act in ways that could bring harm or disruption to this sacred space. I will not be manipulative, cause unnecessary chaos or drama, make others feel uncomfortable to practice or share, treat clients with judgment, or betray a client’s trust around personal matters. I will not engage in anything that could lead others to question whether I truly hold good intentions for this work.

LoPresti (Tami LoPresti). These teachings are sacred and proprietary. I agree not to upload, share, input, or feed any part of this work-including text, concepts, systems, course documents, recordings, or materials into any artificial intelligence system, learning algorithm, or data software of any kind. This includes AI platforms used for content generation, modeling, or database creation. I agree not to share this work with anyone who has not paid for the course. I will not replicate, resell, distribute, or teach any part of it in a formal or non-formal way for profit or for no profit, unless I have clear, written permission from Cosmic Moon Creations, LLC and/or Ms. Tabitha M. LoPresti (Tami LoPresti). I understand that being certified to practice this modality is not the same as being authorized to teach it. Certification allows me to offer sessions and services using this method for the benefit of myself and others. Teaching the system in workshops, trainings, courses, or mentorships, online or in person, is not permitted without a separate licensing agreement. I agree not to alter or rename this work and present it as my own. I honor that this body of work has been channeled, crafted, and developed with care over time. Any violation of these agreements may result in the immediate revocation of my certification and could result in legal action to protect the work and rights of Cosmic Moon Creations, LLC and Ms. Tabitha M. If I am removed from this program or community due to my own behavior-including but not limited to being disruptive, manipulative, causing unnecessary chaos, making students uncomfortable to practice or share, or behaving in a way that suggests I do not have good intentions with this work-I understand the consequences fully. In that case, I will lose access to all parts of the program. I will not receive any refund or compensation. I will not be allowed continued access to the client portal, trainings, worksheets, community spaces, or anything related to this program. I will not be permitted to take the certification test. I will be removed from any and all involvement with this sacred work. If I have already received certification and my behavior later violates these agreements, I will be removed from the directory of certified practitioners and my certification will be revoked. I will no longer be included in class-related spaces or in any area where this work is practiced or discussed. Should any fellow student choose to remain in contact with me after I have been removed, that will be their personal choice, as long as it does not infringe on the safety or experience of the rest of the community. This is a sacred space. Manipulative behavior, poor intentions, and harmful actions are taken very seriously.
