California Tow Truck Association
Membership in the California Tow Truck Association (CTTA) is open to all towing companies who engage in the business of towing, transporting and recovering of motor vehicles within the State of California. All CTTA Memberships are ultimately contingent upon initial Board approval and ongoing compliance with CTTA bylaws and policies. The CTTA Membership fee is annual, starting on the day your application and payment is received by CTTA. Your California Motor Carrier permit is required to complete this application and can be emailed to membership@ctta.com or faxed to 916-617-2882.

Membership is based on fleet size.

1-3 Trucks is 510.00 per year.

4-15 Trucks is 600.00 per year.

16 + Trucks is 690.00 per year.

Becoming a CTTA Member

By becoming a member, you agree to abide by the Bylaws & Policies of the California Tow Truck Association. All CTTA Membership are ultimately contingent upon initial Board approval. Until such approval, the applicant wall be designated as a Provisional CTTA Member. If not approved by the Board, a prorated portion of the fee will be refunded. Any CTTA Membership can be terminated immediately, without a refund of fees, if the CTTA Board determines that a Member violated CTTA Bylaws & policies, including engaging in conduct deemed by the Board to be materially and seriously prejudicial to the purposes and interests of the Association. Membership is annual, effective on the date your application and payment are received, renewals are billed on your anniversary date. Contributions or dues paid to the California Tow Truck Association are NOT TAX DEDUCTABLE AS CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS. However, you may deduct the expenses as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult a tax professional for further information.
