Attendance Policy and Commitment
The success of Leadership Kernersville, among other things, is the commitment of each participant, and his/her punctuality, full attendance and active participation. Tardiness and/or absences are unfair and disrespectful to the speakers who give freely and willingly of their time. One absence, due to extenuating circumstances (i.e. sickness, death in the family) may be excused by the Leadership Kernersville Committee. Further Absences will result in the participant not graduating. In summary, you are allowed to miss one class to graduate on time. Late arrival or leaving early will constitute an absence.
Leadership Kernersville participants are expected to devote their full attention to the program day. Travel time and Activities should be used to get to know classmates, not to use your cell phones. Please be courteous to not use cell phones during presentations, etc.
