Welcome to the Girls Basketball Camp Registration!
We are excited to have you join us for an amazing experience full of learning, growth, and fun! Whether you're here to develop your skills, make new friends, or take your game to the next level, you're in the right place. Our camp is designed to create a positive environment where athletes of all skill levels can thrive.

Below are important details regarding camp:

Dates: June 23th-27th

Grades: 1st-9th

Monday through Thursday: 9am-3 pm

Friday: 9am-12pm

Lunch is provided each day and campers will receive a camp T-shirt on the first day of camp.

Please send your camper each day with a reusable water bottle and a wonderful attitude! Any additional questions, please contact s.hunt@severnschool.com.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement
- The undersigned, being a parent or legal guardian of this camper understands and accepts that injury is possible while participating in the sport of basketball.
- I knowingly assume all risks associated with my child’s participation, even if arising from negligence of the participants or others, and assume full responsibility for my child’s participation.
- I authorize the sport camp staff to secure the proper medical care as necessary to insure my child’s well-being.
- I certify that within the past 12 months my camper has had a physical exam by a physician or (NP) and that he/she is physically able to participate in the sports camp activities.
- I hereby acknowledge that I am responsible for medical charges incurred during sports camp participation.
- I further understand that the sports camp carries an excess medical insurance policy for sports injuries to the camper that may result from camper activities. Camp insurance has limits and exclusions and any secondary charges not covered under this plan will be my responsibility. This policy may only be utilized after my primary insurance company has processed the claims and issued an explanation of benefits.
- I also give permission for the camp directors and/or associates to take pictures of my camper to use for further promotions of Severn Basketball camps and clinics.
- Payment for camp may be made payable to JT Elite Athletics LLC from link provided below. Payment will be accepted up until 20 June 2025, unless otherwise discussed with the camp organizer.
