Vendor Package:
Each approved vendor will receive a 6 x 23 inch table and two chairs.
Payment Details:
Cost:
The cost for a table is $89.95 Incl. Tax per day.
Flat discount of $170 Incl. Tax for vendors participating on both days.
Payment in full is due at the time of acceptance as a Vendor. (within 24hrs).

Refund Policy:
Vendors can receive a 90% refund on cancellations on or before February 16th, 2024.
Any refund request after February 16th, 2024, will not be honored.
Legal Clauses:
1. Indemnification:
The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of the Niagara Women's Expo against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of the vendor's participation in the event.
2. Insurance:
The vendor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their products, materials, and activities during the event. The organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the vendor's property.
3. Compliance with Laws:
The vendor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws, regulations, and ordinances during their participation in the event.
4. Termination of Agreement:
The organizer reserves the right to terminate this agreement and expel the vendor from the event without refund if the vendor fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein or engages in any conduct deemed inappropriate by the organizers.
5. Force Majeure:
In the event that the Niagara Women's Expo is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as acts of nature, government regulations, or other events beyond the control of the organizers, the vendor acknowledges that the organizers are not liable for any losses or damages incurred, and refunds may not be issued.
6. Intellectual Property:
The vendor affirms that they have the legal right to use, display, and sell any intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrighted materials associated with their products. The vendor shall be solely responsible for any claims arising from the unauthorized use of intellectual property.
7. Security and Safety:
The vendor is responsible for the security of their products and materials. The organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the vendor's property. The vendor must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the organizer.
8. Amendments:
Any amendments or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
9. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
