This is a softer sandwich bread, sliceable and slightly sweet. Ingredients: Flour, water, salt, honey, light olive oil. This IS still sourdough, however, a shorter ferment time gives it a lighter flavor, and the gluten will not be as broken down as traditional sourdough for our gluten free friends.
