    January Artisan Sourdough Bread ClassSaturday, January 31, 3-5 pm— We will mix, shape, score, and bake a sample loaf here at my house…and you get to take your shaped loaf home to bake! This is a beginner sourdough class, so we will also go over how to start a starter, feed your starter, and how to keep it well fed.
