Submitting incomplete or inaccurate documents will result in a delayed processing of your application! If you have any trouble submitting your documents with this form, please contact us at scholarship@pontiacpromisezone.org or 947-479-1297 IMPORTANT NOTE: PPZ & OCC have a special payment process, so students will not receive a Scholarship Determination Letter until mid-way through the semester. OCC will place a hold on students’ accounts to prevent deregistration from classes, until your PPZ scholarship is awarded. DO NOT PAY OCC UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY PPZ!
