Trinity Assembly of God Student Code of Conduct:
All students are expected to conduct themselves as young men and women of God. Trinity Assembly of God ministries and events are designed to provide students with opportunities to have fun, build meaningful relationships, grow in their faith, and develop as leaders and disciples of Jesus Christ.
In order to create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for everyone, all students are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with biblical principles, the teachings of Scripture, and the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
- Students are expected to treat church staff, ministry leaders, volunteers, and fellow students with respect.
- Students are expected to use language that is appropriate and fitting for followers of Christ.
- Foul language, swearing, sexual comments, inappropriate jokes, innuendo, or other vulgar or inappropriate speech will not be tolerated.
- Students are expected to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by church staff, ministry leaders, and adult volunteers.
- Students are expected to treat church facilities, equipment, and the personal property of others with care and respect.
- Bullying, harassment, fighting, intimidation, discrimination, or intentionally disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Students are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the values and character of Trinity Assembly of God both at church and at church-sponsored activities and events.
- Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from a church activity or event. Serious or egregious violations may result in the parent/guardian being contacted and, when appropriate, notification of the student’s pastor or ministry leadership.
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, a student may also be restricted or prohibited from participating in future Trinity Assembly of God student ministry activities and events.
By agreeing to this Code of Conduct, students and their parents/guardians acknowledge the expectations outlined above and agree to support Trinity Assembly of God in providing a safe, respectful, Christ-centered environment where every student can grow, have fun, and build lasting relationships.
