I'm located at Cosmic Noise Tattoo in Seattle, and I can take walk-ins some days for flash or custom designs! Feel free to reach out to check if im avaible first if you'd like to come in the same/next day instead of filling out this form!

Availability
I will send you my soonest open appt times based on the availability you provide, i don't hold those times until one is confirmed by you, so the ones i give you are less likely to still be available the longer you take to answer my email!

Do you have any other access needs, questions, or want to tell me anything else? Please also let me know if this is your 1st (machine) tattoo, if you have allergies to anything you think I should know about (i never use latex gloves), or any skin/health conditions that can cause tattoo complications (e.g., hemophilia, diabetes or other immunocomprimising conditions, take blood thinning meds, etc.,)
