Please consider that this form is specifically for BIPOC folks with melanated skin tones. If you have accessibility otherwise please use my other forms, or if you have limited accessibility consider using my sliding scale. This is specifically for folks with limited accessiblity and resources who are wanting some affirming body art.

If there is a cover-up involved, please take a well-lit photo of the tattoo or scar that you would like covered as well as some area around it. Please note that I don't always take on cover ups but I will respond accordingly depending on the placement and the piece.
