The City of Vernon is proposing to convert a 1½ mile stretch of underutilized Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) Transmission Right-of-Way to greenspace with separated pedestrian and bicycle paths, and opportunities for recreation (like exercise equipment and sports fields/courts). Your support will help create a beautiful, functional greenway that will benefit all of Southeast LA.
