The purpose of this form is to submit information to the Los Angeles Department of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) about a pending Annual License Application for a business seeking to conduct Storefront Retailer Commercial Cannabis Activity. In addition to this form, you may also provide input to DCR at a community meeting. Notice of the date and time of the community meeting can be found on DCR's website here. Notice was also mailed to owners and occupants of all property within 700 feet of the proposed cannabis Business Premises.

At the community meeting, DCR shall accept written and oral testimony regarding the Application and then prepare a written report to the Cannabis Regulation Commission summarizing the testimony in favor and against the Application. [LAMC section 104.06(b)(1)(iv).] Please note DCR will not respond to questions or actively engage in conversation with participants during the community meeting.
