  • General Apprenticeship Details

    This apprenticeship is for the student wanting to learn and excel in procedures including eyebrows (microblading and microshading) or Lip Blush. It is great for those seeking more knowledge and mentoring.

    • Apprenticeship Supervision: Apprentice will be assigned a licensed and certified supervisior(s) during the apprenticeship term.
    • Supplies Provided: Basic tattoo bed and dry goods supplies.
    • Clients/Models: Students will be provided with 1 model free of charge and included in the cost of the program fee. Any models beyond this are not guaranteed, but if are provided by Red Carpet Beauty Bar, will be a charge of $100 per model. Otherwise it is the responsibility of the apprentice to provide clients/models during the apprenticeship term.

  • I, the undersigned apprentice, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for my permanent makeup apprenticeship at Red Carpet Beauty Bar, LLC. 

    1. Duration of Apprenticeship & Registration:

    My apprenticeship will begin on the agreed upon date for (1) month, 1x a week. The cost of the program is $2799. The duration may be subject to adjustment based on mutual agreement.

    Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $599 to reserve their spot in the program. The remaning balance of $1800 will need to be paid in full (3) days prior to their start day. The non-refundable deposit will apply toward the total cost of the apprenticeship program.

    I understand and agree that all apprenticeship fees will be due by me to Red Carpet Beauty Bar, LLC.

    2. Responsibilities:

    • I will diligently and responsibly perform all tasks assigned by my mentor, including but not limited to, cleaning, client interactions, and pmu-related duties.
    • I will adhere to all studio policies and industry regulations throughout the apprenticeship.


    3. Learning Objectives:

    • I understand that the primary goal of the apprenticeship is to gain knowledge and practical experience in the art of permanent makeup.
    • I will actively seek guidance and feedback from my mentor to enhance my skills and understanding of the craft.


    4. Health and Safety:

    • I am responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
    • I will adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.

    5. Confidentiality:

    • I will respect the confidentiality of all studio-related information and client details.
    • I will not disclose any trade secrets or proprietary information outside the studio.

    6. Licensing:

    All hands-on live skin procedures require a Body Art license of either: Guest artist license, Nassau County Body Art/Tattoo license, or other Health Department approved license.


    7. Compensation:

    This apprenticeship is unpaid, and I understand that I am not entitled to monetary compensation for my services.

     

    8. Cancellation:

    To ensure that students are serious about enrolling in our apprenticeship program, we do not offer refunds once a student has already registered. There will be no exceptions for refunds.


    9. Termination:

    Either party may terminate this apprenticeship with written notice if deemed necessary.

    I understand that Red Carpet Beauty Bar,LLC will provide the facility for procedures to be performed by me and the supervising trainer of Red Carpet Beauty Bar, LLC shall be present during the entire procedure and shall document all procedures performed by me, the Apprentice. 


    I, the undersigned apprentice, acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this Microblading/Permanent Makeup Apprentice Consent Form. I agree to abide by these terms for the duration of my apprenticeship.
