2026 Scholarship Application
The Rock Hill Kappa Foundation is delighted that you are interested in applying for our scholarships. We will award multiple scholarships in amounts up to $2,500. We look forward to reviewing your application.

General Scholarship Requirements:
- Must be a minority male student.
- Must be a graduating Senior from an accredited high school.
- Must have received admission in the Fall 2026 Freshman class.
- Must have a cumulative weighted GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must attend a high school in York, Chester, Lancaster, Mecklenburg, or Union counties.
*To qualify for the STEM Scholarships, you must plan to major in a STEM-related field. Eligible fields of study include, but are not limited to, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Physics, and other related areas.

Please read all of the information contained below carefully. To be considered complete, each application package must include the following:
- Completed Application Form.
- Two Letters of Recommendation from school or community members.
- Essay as described below:
Characteristics of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. include community service, social welfare, and achievement. How do you display one or more of those characteristics in your quest for knowledge? How would this scholarship assist you in your future?

Completed compositions shall be a minimum of 150 typed words and shall not exceed 500 typed words.

All application package components must be received by Friday April 10, 2026, to be considered for this year’s awards.

Scholarship winners will be notified on or before Friday May 1, 2026.
