I, _________(sign below)________________________________, in consideration of the acceptance of this entry hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the Kristina Chesterman Memorial Ride. I am aware that participating in these events involves the risk of injury to my person and property, involves being in remote areas for extended periods of time, far from communications, transportation, medical facilities; that these areas have many natural and manmade hazards which ride management cannot anticipate, identify, modify, or eliminate, that accidents can happen to anyone at any time. I voluntarily accept all risk of personal injury (including death), and property damage arising from my attendance and participation in these events. As lawful consideration for being permitted to participate in these events, I hereby agree that I, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns will not make a claim against or sue the Kristina Chesterman Memorial Ride, its employees, officers, directors, members, agents, volunteers, or affiliated entities for any injury or damage arising from the negligence of other acts, however caused, of the Kristina Chesterman Memorial Ride, its employees, ride veterinarians, officers, directors, members, agents, contractors, volunteers, guests, invitees, and affiliated entities from all actions, claims or demands, that from my participating in the Kristina Chesterman Memorial Ride. I agree that this release includes injury or damage caused in whole or in part by negligence, active or passive, of the Kristina Chesterman Memorial Ride and its members, employees, volunteers, ride veterinarians, landowners, agents, and contracting parties. I have carefully read this agreement. I understand that it is a complete release of liability and promise not to sue or make a claim. I am aware that it is a contract between myself and the Kristina Chesterman Memorial Ride.
