By submitting this registration form, you (and the rider) would have deemed to have agreed to abide by the following: Admin fees: $12 per child per time slot There will be 3-time slots to choose from. Each time slot will be 1 hour long. Once your time slot is over, please leave the event area so the next group of riders can come in. We are doing this so that everyone gets to enjoy themselves instead of having to play in a congested area. Thank you for your understanding. Use of authentic/genuine Strider(TM) bikes for Strider Community Day (hereinafter referred to as 'Event') • Only authentic and genuine Strider(TM) bikes may be used for the Event. For the purpose of verifying that an Event participant is using an authentic and genuine Strider(TM) bike, Strider(TM) Singapore shall have the right to take photographs of, or otherwise, record, the serial number(s) indicated on each Event participant’s bike. • Any Event participant who is not using an authentic and genuine Strider(TM) bike may be disqualified from participating in the Event, and Strider(TM) Singapore shall not be liable for any compensation, including but not limited to any refund of the fees. • Helmets, Elbow Pads, and Knee Pads are compulsory! • All payments made are non-refundable and no refunds will be given for your cancellation, or non-attendance at all Strider(TM) Events. • In case of cancellation or changes to the Event due to natural disasters, incidents, or accidents, I agree under any circumstances not to claim a refund of registration and race category/categories fees. 1. I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the prospective participant. 2. During this event, I will abide by all rules, regulations, and guidance set by its organizers and ensure that my child(ren) abide(s) by the same. 3. I agree that I and my child(ren) are participating in this event at our own risk and we release and discharge the organisers from any claims or liabilities for any personal injury, damage or loss of property which we may suffer/incur as a result of participating in this event, and I further agree that I shall be fully responsible for my and my child(ren)’s personal belongings/property. 4. I hereby agree and give consent to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of my and my child(ren)’s personal data for the purposes of organising and marketing the event, including the free use of images and videos taken by the organizers and their media personnel. 5. In the event of any cancellation, postponement or any other change to the event due to the following: (a) natural disasters or environmental events including haze, thunderstorms, rain storms, heavy winds, or other inclement weather, (b) any other event, accident or incident beyond the reasonable control of the organizers, I agree that I will not be entitled to a refund of the participation fee or any part thereof. 6. During the event, I will take all reasonable steps to prevent heat illness/exhaustion to my child(ren). In addition, I will check my child’s body temperature in the morning of the day of the event and will not allow him/her to participate in the event in the event of fever or other health issues.
