(Wait list for the Monthly Foothills Transport to Humane Society of Catawba in Hickory) For Ashe County citizens only. Appointments will be made in order of receiving applications and availability of appointments given to us from the Humane Society of Catawba. All cats and dogs are transported on a climate controlled van to the Foothills Spay and Neuter Clinic in Hickory, NC. Drop off is 6:50 am to 7 am at a location in Jefferson and pick up is 3:30 pm. No feral appointments until February 2025.
