High Net Worth Individual - You are likely to qualify as a High Net Worth Individual if you earn more than £100,000 a year or have net assets (outside of your primary residence) of more than £250,000.
Self-certified Sophisticated Investor - You are likely to qualify as a Self-certified Sophisticated Investor if you: have worked in a professional capacity in the private equity sector, or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises in the last two years, are a director of a medium sized company, or have been a member of a business angel syndicate or network for more than six months.
Investment Professional - You are likely to qualify as an Investment Professional if you are an authorised person (by the UK Financial Conduct Authority) or you either represent or are associated with an FCA-authorised person (and are acting in such capacity).
